Welcome to the last in the series of this medicinal cooking competition! We had a great show of entries from many of you around the world and it was, as always, hard to judge the winners. Nevertheless, i have chosen and awarded 5 of you with $50 each! So a hearty congratulations to the winners, and huge thank you to all of you for submitting your super healthy recipes. We will be continuing with a new cooking completion soon, based on a different theme so watch out for that!
I must apologise for keeping this post very short and sweet. The truth is im very ill right now, perhaps even with Corona Virus! I can barely function but i really wanted to make this awards post as im sure you are waiting to hear who won. So without further ado here are the winners!

ZUCCHINI FRITTERS 💚🌿💚
Today recipe is not only vegan, but also Keto and super healthy. You can even make a double amount and freeze them, so that way you will have healthy lunch or dinner ready in no time. Truly, I can eat these ZUCCHINI FRITTERS couple times a week and not get tired of them.
And by the way, this is my entry for Medical Cooking Competition Finale by @ecotrain. To bad that I only found out about it last week. Nevertheless, I am sure there is more coming in the future
@arialvi75
In the previous 3 weeks I was able to prepare a rich and medicinal soup, a delicious salad, lettuce rolls with spicy peanut sauce, which I had never made before, and now to close I am going to prepare some delicious yellow pea croquettes and a salad of raw and cooked vegetables with their respective dressing. I made it for dinner with the family, because I knew how nutritious and complete it would be.
The idea of croquettes is a new idea that I came up with. I have prepared these peas in soups before, but this time I want to do something different. The beans are a source of protein, they are low in fat, they contain vitamins A, B and C. And they are rich in iron, so necessary to keep the body healthy. Each type of peas has its own characteristic flavor, but I like the taste of these yellow peas, they are very tasty, so I will add my personal touches and "eat rich and healthy".

Sweet tropical mango salad @winnietran
Going to week 4 of the healthy cooking competition, I really want to use mango as the main ingredient in my salad today. Because mango belongs to the group of yellow foods which is rich in vitamin A and beta carotene. It is known to supply many good benefits for our bodies. Approximately 25 percent of the daily vitamin A requirement is provided by a plate of mango. Mangos contain vitamin A, which brightens our eyes, so eating them regularly can prevent night blindness, refractive errors in the eyes, dry eyes, and keratitis. Besides the benefits for the eyes, mango also helps to prevent cancer, treat diabetes and good for the skin. Also, the vitamin C in the mango can bring many benefits for people with anemia.

Tuna Vegetable Salad
I'm @a-alice and I'm a food blogger. I have a strong passion for recipes and I also love food. That's why I'd love to join the cooking contests on Hive, and here's my entry into the @ecotrain cooking contest. This week's contest theme is: "The healthiest dish" - The contest requirements are pretty simple as we can create any dish that we think it is healthy. After reading the contest theme, the first healthy food that comes to mind is "Salad".
If you've been following my recipes, you probably already know I'm a huge fan of salads. Salad is a dish that I never get bored of, because we can make many different versions of salad. I have made salads such as: peanut vegetarian salad, sea grapes and vegetable salad, chicken salad with mixed vegetables, pork ear salad mixed with banana flowers, jellyfish peanut salad, vegetable pork belly salad, purple cabbage salad, .. Salad is one of my favorite dishes. It is delicious, healthy food and provides full energy for the body. I usually eat salad 4 times a week, this dish is very good for the digestive system, skin, eyes and body. If you want to have a slim body, eat more salad. Are you looking for a healthy food recipe? Tasty, fruity Acai Bowl
I was totally blown away by this week 4 competition. In the final contest of the medical cooking competition on @ecotrain, I tried to think of the most impressive dish I can make. Having participated in all four competitions, I don't expect this to be the last. However, things are still going, and hopefully @ecotrain will have more contests for cooking lovers in the future.
This week, I’m introducing a fruity bowl with the main ingredients from South America. It was the first dessert I had upon arrival in Australia and I completely fell in love with its vibrant colors. If you’re wondering what Acai Bowl is! It’s basically a very thick, ice-creamy smoothie with topping added in a bowl, and one of the main ingredients is the Acai Berries. It's the dark berries native to the rainforests of Central and South America, harvested from the Acai Palm Tree. With high antioxidant content, acai berries have many potential health benefits. These plants contain powerful plant compounds that act as antioxidants, which could benefit your brain, heart, and general health. Additionally, they contain healthy fats and fiber, which make them a generally healthy food.
