Firstly, the numbers: our total STEEM value is currently about 1410 STEEM, including 237 STEEM within Steem Engine and a total of 15203 tokens in play. This gives ONECENT an ABV of about 9.3 cents, up slightly from yesterday.
Main news today is the launch of the new ADDAX game. This game only lasts 28 days and has a different distribution to ONECENT. It also includes buy-ins at 5 cents. Please read the full post at @ADDAX.
One rather annoying thing is that Steem Engine is showing the price as -50%, which would be impossible as the token started at 1 cent and is currently at 5 cents - a rise of +500%. The discrepancy is due to someone sneaking in and buying some tokens before the game officially started. There is nothing that can be done to keep a token market closed until the owner opens it, so this was bound to happen at some point. This is why the cheapest coins are created right at the end. Anyway, just looks bad! Although... it has given me an idea!
You may have noticed that @onecent is powering down. Don't panic, just a change of strategy to boost earnings. As I have said before, although curation rewards are useful, posting rewards are much more important for our size of account. Just to see the contrast, posting rewards for MAPR make up less than 20% of income compared to ONECENT, where they are about 80-90%. To be honest, I thought we may have reached a price of about 25 cents and therefore used a mixed earning strategy - it didn't happen, so be it.
As mentioned in a previous post, worth thinking about what you estimate the final token ABV to be after 200 days. From that you can calculate at what price point you feel happy to exit. Then it's a matter of patience.

A reminder that the MAPR token was launched a few days ago! I know some of you also delegate to MAPR. The MAPR token distribution was completed successfully and have received some warm comments about the new setup of the MAPR fund.
Now, to some prizes!
Although ONECENT is not in any way an upvote service, it struck me as a nice addition to the game to give some random upvotes. I shall give one 10% vote per day to a random account that appears on the first page of the transactions list on the Steem Engine Block Explorer.
That random player will also be added to our automatic-voter. The upvotes won't be so high as to make them significant compared to the ONECENT token price.
