Surprisingly simple
Yesterday I thought it would be second nature today. If you haven't seen the start post, you might like to read it first at Let's go outdoors and reactivate Actifit
However, I didn't bring my toothbrush into the kitchen. Due to some distractions, it was more like I walked back and forth several times, but then finally finished my oil pulling in the bathroom and so, as expected, brushing my teeth was not a question.
I'm curious to see what it will be like tomorrow and what distractions might arise.

Überraschend einfach
Gestern dachte ich, das wird heute selbstverständlich sein. Hast Du den Startbeitrag nicht gesehen, so magst Du vielleicht zuerst lesen in Lass uns rausgehen und Actifit reaktivieren
Ich brachte mir die Zahnbürste jedoch nicht mit in die Küche. Aufgrund einiger Ablenkung war es eher so, dass ich mehrmals hin und her lief, dann jedoch letztlich im Bad mein Ölziehen beendete und damit war das mit dem Zähneputzen ja wie erwartet keine Frage.
Bin gespannt, wie das dann morgen sein wird, und was für Ablenkung sich viellecht auftut.
