This time, a challenge reappeared and a solution was already in place. If you haven't seen the start post, you might like to read it first at Let's go outdoors and reactivate Actifit
As on Tuesday, I had a phone call lasting several hours. This time, however, late enough to sort out my new routines beforehand. Spoon, oil, teeth, lemon, fruit.
I noticed a detail that I first noted a week ago, on Friday: I spit the oil into a kitchen tissue. Soon afterwards, the question of whether I had already brushed my teeth came back to my mind as I was already preparing a lemon. And here's an amazing realization:
If I'm in the kitchen when I spit, the lemon is closer and brushing my teeth takes a back seat. Fortunately, this time I had my first appointment later than Tuesday and noticed this fact. If I spit the oil into the tissue in the bathroom, the toothbrush is closer and the question of brushing my teeth doesn't even arise.
So when I start using the spoon in the bathroom, I'll get the toothbrush ready and take it into the kitchen with me while I use the oil and get the tissue ready. That way, the next visit to the bathroom will no longer depend on me remembering. As soon as I come across the toothbrush, I'll realize that I need to go to the bathroom using it. I can hardly wait for tomorrow to consciously feel and internalize this detail.
PS: I'm late with this post and didn't even realize that I hadn't prepared the draft for publication yet. I only realized this after publishing yesterday's text containing new pictures. And now it has been corrected. Hopefully a few more words on this tomorrow.

Vorherige Herausforderung neu entdeckt
Diesmal tauchte eine Herausforderung erneut auf und eine Lösung auch bereits. Hast Du den Startbeitrag nicht gesehen, so magst Du vielleicht zuerst lesen in Lass uns rausgehen und Actifit reaktivieren
Wie am Dienstag führte ich ein mehrstündiges Telefonat. Diesmal jedoch spät genug, um vorher meine neuen Routinen zu sortieren. Löffel, Öl, Zähne, Zitrone, Obst.
Dabei fiel mir ein Detail auf, das ich vor einer Woche, am Freitag, erstmals notierte: Das Öl spucke ich in ein Küchentuch. Kurz darauf ging mir erneut die Frage durch den Kopf, ob ich meine Zähne schon geputzt hatte, als ich bereits eine Zitrone bereitlegte. Und hier ist eine erstaunliche Erkenntnis:
Bin ich beim Ausspucken in der Küche, liegt die Zitrone näher und das Zähneputzen rückt in den Hintergrund. Ich hatte diesmal glücklicherweise meinen ersten Termin später als Dienstag und bemerkte diesen Umstand. Spucke ich das Öl im Bad ins Tuch, liegt die Zahnbürste näher und die Frage stellt sich gar nicht, erst noch die Zähne zu putzen.
Ich werde darum, wenn ich mit dem Löffel im Bad beginne, die Zahnbürste bereitlegen und mit in die Küche nehmen, während ich Öl verwende und das Tuch bereitlege. So wird der erneute Weg ins Bad nicht mehr davon abhängig sein, dass ich mich erinnere. Sobald mir die Zahnbürste begegnet, wird mir klar sein, damit nochmals ins Bad zu gehen. Ich kann den morgigen Tag kaum erwarten, dieses Detail bewusst zu spüren und zu verinnerlichen.
PS: Mit diesem Beitrag bin ich spät dran und habe nichtmal bemerkt, dass ich den Entwurf noch nicht zur Veröffentlichung vorbereitet hatte. Ich bemerkte das erst nach Veröffentlichung des gestrigen Textes mit neuen Bildern. Und hiermit ist es nun korrigiert. Morgen dazu hoffentlich noch ein paar Worte mehr.
