If you do a lot of repetitive work on the web, automating those boring repetitive actions might be a good solution to more efficient and productive workflow. iMacros is a powerful automation software and has many useful features. Its core three functions are to help the user with web automation, data extraction, and web testing.
It gives full control over the browser to the user and allows to automate tasks across all major browsers like Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer. Another feature I really find interesting is the data extraction. Having tools that allow screen-scrape web data and then store the data in a database or spreadsheet​s can be very useful.
iMacros Personal Edition costs $99. I was contemplating to buy this. Unfortunately, it is only available for Windows machines only. I may need to find alternative tools for Mac.
