On the Saturday before mid-autumn festival, there was a mid-autumn celebration event outside the Toa Payoh Library. I saw a dragon and lions were there waiting.
在中秋节前的星期六，在大巴窑图书馆外举行了中秋庆祝活动。我看到一条龙和狮子在那里等待。

The dragon has bright colours.
龙的颜色很鲜艳。
Many people were walking around but I decided I need to go have dinner.
很多人走来走去，但我决定我该去吃晚餐。
After dinner, I came by the same area and saw 3 drums and this was one I like.
晚餐后，我来到同一地区，看到了3个鼓，其中之一这是我喜欢的。
No drum sticks there but that's not stopping me from hitting the drums.
那里没有鼓棒，但这也不能阻止我敲鼓。
There was some dance performance on the stage.
舞台上有一些舞蹈表演。
The dragon troop was getting ready.
舞龙团正在准备。
Then the dragon dance started.
然后龙舞开始了。
Then the lion dance also started.
然后狮子舞也开始了。
Pretty cool. The lions change colours.
挺酷的。狮子会变色。
Welcoming an important person to the event.
欢迎重要人物来到参加活动。
Those who are familiar with Singapore should recognize this man.
熟悉新加坡的人应该认得这个人。

Later, at another corner, I saw Pikachu.
后来，在另一个角落，我看到了皮卡丘。
So I decided I should catch it too.
所以我决定也应该抓它。
Pikachu was popular but no match for the stage performance.
皮卡丘（Pikachu）很受欢迎，但比不起舞台表演的。
The crowd there are definitely bigger.

There are a few stilt walkers around.

This one was my favorite. :-)

Time to go home and I got a chance to take a photo this when it was crowded with people taking turns to pose for photos there.
