I have done a few other #Bowie songs on open mic before, but just this week we went to see Holy Holy, which is a band formed by Woody Woodmansey (drummer in the Spiders from Mars) and Tony Visconti (producer and Bowie bassist) to play some of his early music. They did all of The Man Who Sold the World and Ziggy Stardust, plus a few others. It was a really good show. I had already played this song at the pub, but I wanted to do it on #OpenMic too. It seems somehow relevant again.
