Routine is relative
It's evening again as I type these lines. If you haven't seen the start post, you might like to read it first at Let's go outdoors and reactivate Actifit
A heating contractor had been announced for the morning for maintenance work. I got up earlier than usual. Spoon, oil, brushed my teeth. Prepared the lemon and steamed the apple without stress. All routine. But much too early. I only realized this when I started eating the apple out of appetite. Well, what the heck. It's already the tenth day in a row, so an exception isn't wild at all. It's exciting to consciously experience how routine is not tied to time but to processes.
In the afternoon, I made up for what was in vain on Monday. However, it was dry and successful. Hence the repeated step count spike.

Routine ist relativ
Wieder ist es Abend, als ich diese Zeilen tippe. Hast Du den Startbeitrag nicht gesehen, so magst Du vielleicht zuerst lesen in Lass uns rausgehen und Actifit reaktivieren
Für den Morgen war ein Handwerker angekündigt, für Wartungsarbeiten. Ich stand früher auf als gewöhnlich. Löffel, Öl, Zähne geputzt. Ohne Stress die Zitrone zubereitet und Apfel gedünstet. Alles Routine. Allerdings deutlich zu früh. Ich bemerkte das erst, als ich aus Appetit den Apfel zu essen begann. Nun ja, was solls. Es ist bereits der zehnte Tag in Folge, da ist eine Ausnahme ja keinesfalls wild. Spannend, bewusst zu erleben, wie die Routine nicht an Zeit sondern an Abläufe gebunden ist.
Am Nachmittag holte ich nach, was am Montag vergeblich war. Jedoch im Trockenen und mit Erfolg. Daher die erneute Schrittzahlspitze.
