NOW LET'S GO WITH THE NEW “YOUR VEGGIE SHOPPING”

image.png

There are different ways to preserve fruits and vegetables, and one of them is dehydration, a process that allows moisture to be extracted from food, thus ensuring its conservation for a long time and without requiring refrigeration. And within the group of dehydrated foods consumed worldwide, are RAISIN GRAPES. These foods are basically partially dehydrated grapes, which allows them to retain their nutritional power. Raisins are used in sweet and savory recipes, and they are also consumed alone, as they are delicious. Therefore, for this new challenge, corresponding to week 22, we want to go shopping with you, but ONLY TO BUY RAISINS. In this post you will not include any other type of food or fruit, only RAISINS; They can be blonde or brunette, this is your choice. We also want you to give us advice on buying and storing this food.
