Today I headed to the luxor market, with the intention of doing my melon shopping, I opted to walk there to take advantage of the exercise since the market is very close to my house and is easily accessible, I enjoyed the walk, especially because the sun was not too strong at that time, which made me feel calm and cool when I arrived. Once inside the supermarket, I headed to the fruit store in search of this delicious fruit. I found them in a very fresh state. I took the time to examine the melons available, carefully choosing those that were ripe and in good condition. After a thorough selection, I made the purchase. I then walked home with the melon I had purchased, looking forward to enjoying its delicious taste in the coming days. The walk and the choice of fresh melon made the experience very rewarding for my health.

Buy:

When buying melons, I make sure that their rind is thick and unblemished. I choose those with a cream or light green shade, and I also check to make sure that it is heavy. Preservation:

When I get home, I wash the fruit and, depending on how I plan to use it, I make a decision. Sometimes I store it whole in the fridge to keep it fresh longer, while at other times, I cut it into pieces and store it in an airtight container in the fridge. If I choose to keep it in pieces, I cover it with plastic wrap to prevent it from deteriorating quickly. This precaution helps me to enjoy the fruit longer and maintain its freshness, even though I try to consume it quickly.
