Fry the chicken fillet with the flat side of the knife and cut into 2–3 cm thick sticks. Mix the breadcrumbs, salt and spices. Crush garlic and mix with kefir in a separate bowl.

Today was the day the staff had to clean up and organise our store room. Finally it is done! I arranged all our craft materials in alphabetical order and they are now together in just one section, unlike before that none of us actually knew where to find what we were looking for.
