Crispy Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
- 2 chicken fillets;
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs;
- 0.5 cup of kefir;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- salt, spices - to taste;
- vegetable oil.
Cooking
Fry the chicken fillet with the flat side of the knife and cut into 2–3 cm thick sticks.
Mix the breadcrumbs, salt and spices. Crush garlic and mix with kefir in a separate bowl.
Each fillet slice dip first in kefir, and then roll in the breading. Fry until golden brown.
Serve with any sauces and vegetables.
