WGN

The Welsh Gaming Network went live on the 1st of March 2016. Our main focus is on building a gaming community in Wales, promoting gaming content, streamers, organisations, eSports and game development in Wales. We will also try and keep you up to date on some of the Gaming and Geeky news happening around the world that we think is worth mentioning!

The Welsh Gaming Network is all about bringing people, organisations and content together to give you a place to to meet fellow gamers, find new events and organisations and a place to share your thoughts with others. The gaming industry has increased massively over the last 10 years and we are really excited about bringing a Welsh gaming website to you.

We arrange meet ups and events, as well as gaming and community nights. With over 700 Discord members and 2000 Twitter followers, Im sure youll find someone to connect with.

Game Nights

The WGN often have game nights, where as many of us as possible band together to play multiple games. We even host our own servers, for games such as Ark and Conan Exiles. Our next scheduled game night is for Halloween, run by L0neW0lf and Rooster on our discord server. On Sunday 28th Oct, be on the Discord at 6pm for some spooks with multiplayer games including free to play Deceit, Killing Floor 2, Dead by Daylight and Left 4 Dead 2.

Meet-Ups

We recently started doing a monthly Meet-Up at Belong Cardiff, and our next scheduled meet-up is on November the fourth, from 4pm to 8pm. This is a free event for WGN members but spaces are limited due to the size of the venue (24 spaces for consoles and PCs).

Reviews

The WGN has multiple dedicated writers, to review Tech, Games, and whatever else they think is cool :D There are often detailed reviews on big Title games, such as Shadow of The Tomb Raider, although they also do reviews on small studio games, such as Welsh Company *Pill Bug Interactives:* Cycle 28
