Como primer paso vamos a verter en una taza grande, el huevo junto al azúcar y mezclamos con nuestro batidor de mano por unos dos minutos.

Cuando este bien incorporado le agregamos la mantequilla derretida y mezclamos de nuevo hasta incorporar bien. (Podemos sustituir la mantequilla por aceite vegetal que sea de tu preferencia).

Mezclamos muy bien y continuamos agregando la harina de trigo y el polvo de hornear.

Nos va a quedar una mezcla un poco espesa y de un color amarillo muy bonito.

Luego vamos a pelar y picar la manzana en pequeños trozos, el tamaño puede variar a gusto de cada quien y a mí personalmente me gusta que queden los trocitos en los ponquesitos pero si no quieres encontrarte con trocitos de fruta en el interior puedes rallar la manzana y agregarla así.

Agregamos a la mezcla junto a la canela y batimos.
