Si hay creencias y grandes mitos es precisamente dentro de este maravilloso mundo de la fotografía. Cosas que las personas leen y escuchan por ahí ya sea por parte de malas publicidades o de gente que no posee un conocimiento suficiente como para saber que es lo verdadero y que no y ojo, con esto no digo que yo sea un experto en el área pero si considero tener un mínimo de noción para por lo menos comentarles que tan cierto es lo que dice por ahí.

Esta es de las frases que uno como fotógrafo escucha más de las personas que no tienen idea de como es todo el proceso de hacer una foto. Hacer fotos conlleva a tener un conocimiento especializado tanto de la cámara como de la misma luz que rodea los lugares, es decir, es mucho más complicado de lo que parece.

Muchas veces se puede llegar a creer que con solo tener un "buen ojo" es más que suficiente para hacer una foto y la realidad es que no es así. Es importante tenerlo? - por supuesto que si pero lastimosamente no lo es todo y que hacer una foto va más allá de subirte la cámara a los ojos, es saber componer adecuadamente, saber encuadrar para que podemos distribuir todos los elementos de la foto dentro del encuadre o como ya dije dominar el tema de la luz.

Hay un dicho que dice: "No es la flecha, es el indio" y para este contexto no puede estar más acertado. Hay esa falsa creencia que le venden a muchas personas de que mientras más costoso sea una cámara o un mismo teléfono celular pues de mejor calidad serán las capturas y eso es una mentira del tamaño de una montaña.

Es verdad que hoy en día hay equipos que son increíblemente buenos pero solo serán de cierta ayuda ya que lo que predominará serán los conocimientos del fotógrafo. Una buena cámara no te va ayudar a tener buen pulso, a no cortar la cabeza de una persona a la hora de hacer la foto o sencillamente a componer; si todo esto dicho está presente en la foto pues de nada importará tener que tengas la cámara más costosa del mercado. Así que ya lo saben, los equipos no lo son todo, una buena técnica si.

Aquí no vamos a mentir porque en efecto en el mercado hay muchas cámaras y equipos costosos pero te lo digo muy sinceramente, no los necesitas todos para realizar un buen trabajo fotográfico. Existe una cantidad mínima de equipamiento con el que podemos trabajar sin ninguna dificultad: una cámara de no más de $400, los lentes dependerán del trabajo que quieras hacer, un flash zapata, un trípode, un difusor y un rebotador de luz. Ok, tampoco crean que no van a hacer ninguna inversión porque si la van a necesitar hacer pero si compran de manera inteligente pueden ahorrar un buen dinero.

Si estás pensando en ser fotógrafo únicamente por los "likes" en las redes sociales, déjame decirte que ese no es el camino. Hay un fenómeno hoy en día y es que cualquier persona se cree fotógrafo solo por lo que la gente les dice en redes o por los mismos likes y la realidad es que uno tiene que hacer caso omiso a todo eso.

Si quieren buenos feedbacks lo mejor es que se vayan primero a foros o grupos especializados en fotografía y es ahí donde recibirán los comentarios que los hagan crecer en esta profesión.

Lamento informales que si lo es y mucho. Nuestro trabajo fotográfico no termina en la cámara el día que estamos haciendo la sesión, termina cuando nos sentamos en nuestras respectivas PC o laptop y comenzamos a editar o revelar todas nuestras fotos. Es por esto que es necesario contar de igual manera con conocimientos en Lightroom y Photoshop para que nuestro trabajo sea más optimo.
