¡Caramba!, cuando vi esta nueva iniciativa [Confiesa: ¡Tú también hablas solo!](https://ecency.com/hive-131951/@emiliorios/confiesa-tu-tambien-hablas-solo-y-puede-ser-un-buen-sintoma-de-gran-creatividad-esen), del amigo @emiliorios. De una vez pensé: conseguí al grupo de los míos ja, ja, ja y es que lo que nuestro amigo @emiliorios, plantea es algo que está allí, pero que muchos, se empeñan tal vez en ocultar e incluso le han dado cierto matiz de anormalidad y los comentarios van desde: "te falta un tornillo" que en nuestro argot venezolano es: "estás loco" o sencillamente te ven con cierta reserva ja, ja, ja. En mi caso personal, cuando era niña aprendí a hablarme como si fuese una adulta, es decir, internamente, de forma no audible... pero a medida que fui creciendo fui descubriendo, sobre todo cuando necesitaba estudiar que todo se me daba mejor cuando, "ensayaba"en voz alta, lo que necesitaba exponer o cuando tenía algún examen, todo quedaba en mi mente cuando lo hablaba o recitaba, entonces para ese tiempo de estudio, fue una gran herramienta y lo sigue siendo hoy día, a veces cuando voy a crear algunas de mis historias; pienso en voz alta y lo escribo. Si quiero que algo no se me olvide, sobre todo cifras numéricas, me oyen repitiendo esa numeración... quienes me conocen saben que esa es una de mis maneras de retener información por más tiempo en mi mente, si de números se trata, ¿curioso, verdad?. Pero también soy de las que me hablo a mí misma, a veces no en forma de aprendizaje, sino de reflexión y en ocasiones hasta en forma de catarsis. En mi caso, empiezo hablando conmigo misma y termino llegando incluso a conclusiones, se convierte en un análisis de situaciones, en ocasiones; ante los ojos de los demás estoy hablando sola, pero yo sé que sola no estoy; que ahi esta Dios, oyendo mi perorata; es una manera de poner en claro mis pensamientos y sentimientos, liberando mis emociones. Para los que me conocen, saben que tengo esta costumbre: estos son mis hijos, esposo, algunos amigos cercanos y ahora ustedes, ja, ja, ja. Para mí es como si hiciera una terapia de mí, para mí, valga la redundancia, incluso soy de las que, cuando no hay nadie que me anime en algún momento bajo de mi vida, yo misma me doy mi terapia motivadora; porque a veces no hay quien te la dé entonces, yo misma soy. Imagino que para el que ve las cosas desde afuera, pensará: ¡Qué locura!, pero les diría: "Si vieran las buenas reflexiones que tengo cuando hablo solita", porque las palabras llegan solas, fluyen. Y muchas de ellas, se ven reflejadas en mis escritos, en mis creaciones, hasta en la poesía, así es que sí, soy de las que se dan unas charlas a solas tremendas, ja,ja,ja,ja,ja. Wow!, when I saw this new initiative [Confess: You also talk to yourself!](https://ecency.com/hive-131951/@emiliorios/confiesa-tu-tambien-hablas-solo-y-puede-ser-un-buen-sintoma-de-gran-creatividad-esen), del amigo @emiliorios. Right away I thought: I found my kind of people, haha, and it's just that what our friend @emiliorios suggests is something that's out there, but many are perhaps determined to hide it and have even given it a certain abnormality, and the comments range from: "you're missing a screw," which in our Venezuelan slang means "you're crazy," or they simply look at you with some reservation, haha. In my personal case, when I was a child, I learned to talk to myself as if I were an adult, that is, internally, inaudibly... but as I grew up, I discovered, especially when I needed to study, that everything came to me better when I "practiced" out loud what I needed to present or when I had an exam. Everything stayed in my mind when I spoke or recited it, so for that study time, it was a great tool and it still is to this day. Sometimes when I'm going to create some of my stories, I think out loud and write it down. If I want to remember something, especially numerical figures, you can hear me repeating those numbers... those who know me are aware that this is one of my ways of retaining information in my mind for a longer time, especially when it comes to numbers, curious, right? But I also talk to myself, sometimes not as a form of learning, but as a reflection and occasionally even as a form of catharsis. When something that has happened to me has overwhelmed and worried me, that is when I give free rein to that conversation with myself, where I also invite God. Generally, my solitary conversations happen when I have the space, at home or in some place where nature reigns and, of course, where there is no other spectator but God with me. In my case, I start by talking to myself and end up even reaching conclusions; it becomes an analysis of situations at times. In the eyes of others, I am talking to myself, but I know I am not alone; God is there, listening to my rant. It is a way to clarify my thoughts and feelings, releasing my emotions. For those who know me, you know I have this habit: these are my children, husband, some close friends, and now you, ha, ha, ha. For me, it's like doing therapy for myself, for myself, if I may be redundant. I'm even one of those who, when there's no one to cheer me up during a low point in my life, I give myself my own motivational therapy; because sometimes there's no one to give it to you, so I give it to myself. I imagine that for someone looking at things from the outside, they would think: What madness! But I would tell them: "If you could see the good reflections I have when I talk to myself," because the words come naturally, they flow. And many of them are reflected in my writings, in my creations, even in poetry, so yes, I'm one of those who have tremendous solo talks, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
