Esas creencias limitantes que nos hemos impuesto o nos han impuesto de generación en generación.

Pues yo no me escapo de eso. son tantos cuentos que me cuento que haría una lista interminable, pero una de las más significativas y con las que me tocó trabajar muy duro fue con una que por mucho tiempo me condenó a dejar de ser yo por miedo, y esa creencia o como se le quiera llamar era o afirmaba que si yo me reía mucho una desgracia podía suceder pero más que escucharla, la viví .y se instauró en mí ese programa de miedo hace ya más de 25 años un 15 de abril, un día que jamás podré olvidar.

❀~✿ ❀~✿ ❀~✿ ❀~✿❀~✿ ❀~✿ ❀~✿ ❀~✿❀~✿ ❀~✿ ❀~✿ ❀~✿❀~✿ ❀~✿ ❀

Estábamos de viaje para visitar a la familia tanto materna como paterna y ese día con toda la familia comenzamos a contar chistes y yo me reí muchísimo, ese día yo creo que jamás en mi vida me había reído tanto como ese día tanto que casi me orinaba me dolía hasta la panza de tanto reírme, pero no solo eso, minutos después de reírme a carcajadas, que trato de tomar aire e inclino mi cabeza hacia arriba veo una sombra negra como los dementores que aparecen en Harry Potter , y paso justo sobre mi cabeza a pocos centímetros , nadie mas lo vio, Allí mi risa se aplaco , seguía riéndome pero por reír nada más y con la mente tratando de entender lo que había visto . Alrededor dv una hora después horas después me anuncian el terrible fallecimiento de mi padre el ser que más he amado en mi vida. Desde allí se instaló en mí , ese programa de miedo de que si yo me reía algo malo iba a pasar y dejé de reír deje de asistir a reuniones, evadí muchas reuniones donde obviamente había disfrute y había risas, dejé de mirar películas cómicas para no reír por miedo a que sucediera una tragedia.

Esa creencia limitante me acompaño durante muchísimo tiempo hasta que hice consciente que debía hacer un cambio en mí, y comencé a trabajar minuciosamente con ese programa de miedo esa creencia limitante que me evitó disfrutes que se manifestó en mi estado v animo condicionándome durante mucho tiempo, haciendo que sacrificara muchos momentos en familia muchos momentos con amigos por miedo y el día que lo hice consciente decidí trabajarlo.

Ahh ¡! pero hay más el fallecimiento de mi papa, es decir todo el contexto de su partida fue lo que instauró muchos miedos no fue solamente eso, ese día mi papá hizo cosas que jamás había hecho en su vida por ejemplo el comenzó a hablar de cosas y de situaciones de vivencias de su infancia que jamás había contado incluso mi mamá no la sabía ,y empezó a contar cosas increíbles de su vida y empezó a mirar unas fotos que nosotros nunca habíamos visto , que que nunca había sacado a la luz y todas de su infancia, fue increíble no en el momento , sino después que todo paso. Con esas dos coincidencias, porque en realidad eso fueron, viví con miedo y condicionada en mí ser y hacer.

Hasta que puse punto y final, e inicie mi trabajo de borrar de mi ,esas creencias erróneas, con afirmaciones positivas, con PNL, y con muchas otras herramientas . Ahora si puedo decir que puedo reír sin miedos , y escuchar historias interminables jamás contadas sobre la vida de cualquier persona

Well, I do not escape from that. there are so many stories that I tell myself that I would make an endless list, but one of the most significant and with which I had to work very hard was one that for a long time condemned me to stop being me out of fear, and that belief or whatever you want to call it was or stated that if I laughed a lot a misfortune could happen but rather than listen to it, I lived it . And that program of fear was installed in me more than 25 years ago on April 15, a day I will never forget.

We were on a trip to visit both maternal and paternal family and that day with the whole family we began to tell jokes and I laughed a lot, that day I think I had never laughed so much in my life as I did that day so much that I almost peed myself, it hurt even my belly from laughing so much, but not only that, minutes after I was laughing so hard, I tried to take a breath and leaned my head up, I saw a black shadow like the Dementors that appear in Harry Potter, and it passed just above my head a few centimeters away, nobody else saw it, there my laughter subsided, I was still laughing but just for laughing and with my mind trying to understand what I had seen. About an hour later I was told of the terrible death of my father, the person I have loved the most in my life. That limiting belief accompanied me for a long time until I became aware that I had to make a change in me, and I began to work meticulously with that program of fear that limiting belief that prevented me from enjoying that manifested in my mood conditioning me for a long time, making me sacrifice many moments with family many moments with friends for fear and the day I became aware I decided to work on it.

Ahh! That day my father did things he had never done in his life, for example, he began to talk about things and situations of his childhood experiences that he had never told, even my mother did not know, and he began to tell incredible things of his life and began to look at some photos that we had never seen, that he had never brought to light and all of his childhood, it was incredible, not at the time, but after everything happened. Until I put an end to it, and began my work of erasing those erroneous beliefs from me, with positive affirmations, with NLP, and with many other tools. Now if I can say that I can laugh without fear, and listen to endless stories never told about the life of any person
