TripFM #18: Loro Parque, Tenerife Island, Spain, 2008 (30 pics)

Now I continue my photo story about a trip to the island of Tenerife. If you travel from La Orotava to the side of ocean, you get to the town of Puerto de la Cruz, which houses one of the largest zoos in Europe. Are the Loro Parque.



«Loro» from spanish is a parrot, but Loro Parque is something more than an ordinary zoo with parrots. Loro Park is a really huge and beautiful garden, a visit which is not cheap (approx. 35 euros), but fully justifies itself.

In the park you can walk for hours. Some people plan to visit the park for two full days:
