First up though is a #beautifulsunday (hosted by @ace108) photo with a #funkyedit (hosted by @krazypoet) with Saturation to the Max.
All the leaves are brown, or red, orange, some still evergreen.
It's been another damp week, and the mushrooms are feeling the benefit from it.
And the berries are growing well on the trees, winter fodder for the birds.
After some indoor bouncy castle fun with my boy and his friends, they wanted to go back to Victoria Park - a favourite for the skate ramps and nearby spooky abandoned buildings.
So while they played, I took a walk round looking for some prime photograph material.
That lasted all of five minutes, then they came to find me. "We nearly got kidnapped" they said. "Who by?" I asked? "My Mum" said the neighbours boy lol. Three overly energetic nine year old boys, I guarantee nobody would keep them for long.
We took a walk across the playing fields, which was a mistake. Sodden with water it was a mud festival to rival Glastonbury.
My boy ran to catch up with his friends, stopped to tell them something - and slipped in the mud. Which of course left him totally covered in mud. Such fun.
We took a walk along the path by the railway line, it was well protected by a sturdy fence. I leaned over to take this shot, and of course I was told it would be funny if I dropped my phone while taking the photo.
I spotted some juicy berries.
And a train came past...quickly.
Colourful orange berries, it's definitely berry season.
And these white flowers, although they were up way high.
These crows found the skate ramps an interesting resting ground.
They did not slide down the ramp though!
And a #funkyedits to finish, along the canal side.
