The Barbary Coast: the Name Conjures a Bawdy, Brawling Time in San Francisco’s Early Years.
After the Onset of the Gold Rush in 1849 and continuing into the 20th Century, the City was Infamous for Gangs, Crime, Bordellos, Gambling, Opium Dens and Men Getting “Shanghaied.” Has Anything Really Changed All that Much In San Francisco ??

OK, Mateys Now You Know Why I Wanted to Share This Silver Bar With My Pirate Crew, ArrrGh !!
This Silver Bar Was Minted in 1973 (Probably My Favorite Year for Production of Silver Art Bars) by The United States Silver Corporation, (USSC)
The Mintage Total on These was 5000 Pieces..........I Think @silversaver888 will Like this One Since She Adores All Things San Francisco...........
This has Got that Pirate Theme Feel to it on this Side of The Bar.........
Then The Other Side of The Bar just Brings it All Together and I Actually Like The Design on this Side.............
One Cool Silver Bar, No Doubt About It !!!
Like I have Shared with Everyone Before, You Can Learn A lot About History Just By Stacking One Ounce of Silver At a Time...........Are You Starting to Stack Silver Yet ??
