Do not expect to have large crowds watching you or thousands of steemianos commenting on your publications to start doing your work with excellence. We have to be prepared for greatness and that can only be achieved by working with humility and professionalism from the first day.
If you consider yourself a faithful Parishioner of this Church, we advise you that next year you are a person with more entrepreneurship in life, inside and outside the chain of blocks.
The experience with small audiences will allow us to have learnings and practical knowledge, will make us perfect our craft and improve our vision as a Church.
A good mentor, in relation to entrepreneurs, said:
Do not focus on having a full theater, do not focus on having your store or restaurant full, do not focus on millions of followers...
Focus on being the best in what you do, improve your product every day and adjust it to the real needs of your customers, develop a good marketing strategy that allows you to sell your product correctly, have good profit margins and good managing your finances, having a value proposal that makes you different in the market...
The rest comes by CONSEQUENCE, by a beautiful consequence of your daily actions, success is not desperately sought, success you attract with the person you become, the success of your company will not touch your door, the success of your company enters with authority thanks to the excellence of the leader that you built in you and the good management of your business in all areas.
CONSEQUENCE, fall in love with that word, because all your results, everything you will reap in life will be a beautiful consequence of what you sow, your sacrifices and your actions...
