I would like to share my artwork for Splinterlands Art Contest! // Week 63 // 15 Booster Pack Prize!
This is Cornealus, the legendary neutral monster.
I think this one is a really cool monster and I thought it would be a perfect reference to try a 3D drawing with.
I’ve done the 3D ball drawing before and it was pretty easy. I just have to figure out how to add the details.
So here we go...
I drew an oval shape on the paper first.

これはレジェンダリー ニュートラル モンスター、コーネアラスかな…読み方自信ないです、笑
このモンスターいいですね〜 以前、ボールの3Dを描いたのですが、それを応用して描いてみました。
ではでは…始めに、縦長の楕円を描きます。
Then I added the tail and some arms...legs???
そして、しっぽと腕？脚？でしょうか…描きましたwww
Now, I added details of the eye.
I regretted that I didn’t copy the eye design from the original :(
瞳を描きましたが、オリジナルの真似をして描かなかったことにちょっと後悔…
By the way, this is the original Cornealus ;)
ちなみに、こちらがオリジナルです。
After all the details are added and shaded, I trimmed the paper around the eye...about 2/3 from the top.
描き終えたら、目の周りの紙を上3分の2ほど切り落とします。
Here, you can see how this drawing tricks your eyes.
Well, not perfectly...I must say the arms are slightly off but I hope you like it.

腕の位置がイマイチだったので、パーフェクトではありませんが…
