I want to present today with: SteemOcean by @ura-soul , a great App that looks at voting patterns and ranks users by their ability and willingness to upvote others users.

The site provides different tables with:
1- Vote Value (SBD),
2- # Of Accounts Voted For,
3- Self-Vote Value (SBD), and
4- Vote Rank

It also has the possibility to search for any user and see its ranking.
