名為鰹烏冬
位於長沙灣, 距離地鐵站約6-7分鐘路程!
自從這家烏冬店開業後...基本上我每星期都要去吃一次!
而為什麼我覺得這家烏冬店很特別呢?

Today I am going to introduce a delicious udon restaurant in Hong Kong!
It calledKatsuo Udon
The restaurant located at Cheung Sha Wan,
ard 6-7mins walk from Cheung Sha Wan MTR station
I almost went to the restaurant once a week since their opening.
And why I think this Udon restaurant is special?? Lets go down and have a look!

因為這裡主打自家製四國讚岐烏冬, 而店內亦有一部製面機!
親眼看到師傅在廚房製烏冬, 很神奇!
烏冬煙韌彈牙, 配上鰹魚湯, 十分好吃!
另外他們亦很注重品質, 如果當天的烏冬質素未夠好, 他們會選擇休息一天!
他們的用心出品, 讓我每次去吃的時候都十分滿足!
The reason why I love this restaurant is they emphasized home-made Sanuki udon, and there are one udon making machine!
Saw the chef was making udon last time when I went to have lunch, it was wonderful!
Udon quality is chewy and bouncy, delisious when udon served with dashi broth!
Also, they focus on the quality. The udon quality is not satisfy on few days ago, they chose to close on that day in order to improve the quality!
Always feel so satisfied when go there every time and really appreciate their effort to provide the best quality to customer.

오늘 홍콩 한 맛있는 우동집을 공유하고 싶어요!
이름은 Katsuo Udon
우동집은 청샤완에 있어요, 지하철 역부터 6-7분 걸으면 도착할 수 있어요!
이 우동집을 개점 후에 ...저는일주일에 한 번 먹어야 돼요!
그런데, 이 우동집 무슨 특별한 점이 있어요??

여기에 본가 만든 사누키 우동이 인기가 많아요!우동점 안에 우도 제조기 하나 있어요!
우동 만든 과정이 직접 볼 수 있어서 너무 신기하더라고요!
우동 질기고 탄력있고, 국물을 같이 먹으면 맛있어요!
또한 우동점은 품질을 참 중요하는 기본이에요! 우동을 품질을 안 되면 그 날에 영업을 안 할거에요!
우동점 주인들 열심히 경영해서...먹으러 갈 때마다 아주 만족해요!
