What鈥檚 up STACKERS!
Just a quick update on my weekly Actifit Workout... Hmmm, only 2100+ Total Steps which was pretty strange. I got one hell of a workout in. LOL
Nothing special about today鈥檚 workout. Just got in the gym for an hour an threw some heavy ass weights around like a meat head haha.
My next workout will probably be on Thursday or Friday. Like usual, I tend to take long breaks between my workouts to recover.
