
What’s up STACKERS!
A few days ago, I wrote a post about that I didn’t do any cardio for over a year and it got me thinkin’ while at the gym (like my damn selfie?). haha
Why not do cardio? I remember doin HITT sessions like 3 times a week many years ago and I got really lean (Veins Poppin' Out of My Arms).
It only takes 15-20 minutes in a day to do them so why not do them?!
I do own a $5000 elliptical machine at home that actually became a clothes hanger throughout the years. LOL
No excuses right? So starting this week, I plan to implement some quick cardio sessions to my fitness plan.
Too bad Actifit can’t track those steps, I should be getting tens of thousands of them a day! Oh wells, no biggie!
It’s time to change it up a bit!
