Since April 1, fishing with spinning is prohibited in many regions of Russia, including the Moscow region. Some fishermen used the opportunity to fish in their native lands, and until the last day before the ban tried to be on the rivers of their region. And some just went to those places where there is no ban yet , and at the same time much warmer... Someone went to the Lower Volga, and some in General to other countries.
