It took me decades to catch my first one of these.
It wasn't until after I was married that I finally was able to catch any species of softshell turtle. Since then I've captured plenty of individuals, but this one was located and caught by Pinkie-Pepper! Thankfully, she allowed me to photograph it.
Soon, we will have a new episode of "The Wild-Man's Wild Friends" coming out, so you'll get an opportunity to learn all about it soon enough. For now, please enjoy the photos.
