Jumping spiders, Salticidae, are the largest family on the planet so it's most likely to be one of these cuties who is sharing your space

This relatively large spider hangs out on this particular aloe plant and although it's fast and shy, I managed to get relatively good shots on successive days. I think that it is an Icius species, I saw a similar one when I was feasting my eyes at this website, devoted entirely to South African Jumping spiders
