It has been two weeks since we have Blue, the little kitten. Now, as you may guess, I have a new model to photograph and of course to play with the images and create something new with the effects provided by different apps.
This is how I come with this image as submission to the Photo Filters and Effect Contest, initiated by @bliss11 and @drakernoise.
Blue, while still is small, can fit in the busket and likes to have nap there. Also it is fun to watch it play inside with some toys or to peek.
To achieve that effect I used two applications ToolWiz and MirrorLab. First with ToolWiz I used my favorite soft smudge effect and got this result.
Then enhanced it a little bit with MirrorLab.
And this is the original photo. Of course I cropped the image to focus on the cat and the ears. Blue has big ears. 😀
