Another beautiful day in sunny Adelaide. Achieved my 12,883 steps by participating in a morning cross fit class and then walking through the park lands whilst son was at basketball training.

So this Duck is just about to cross the road and a chicken walks up to him and says, don't do it mate you will never hear the end of it. :)
