Been dealing with some stress.
So last time I worked out actifit did not pick up the steps, so I deleted it.
Haven't been able to workout lately with dealing with heal issues with my daughter.
Do I make a post about it? , I'm not sure...
But it's a major issue when someone stops being able to talk after having the flu. 
Prayers are needed.
Stay positive it's a must...
