
As I scroll through my twitter feed, I see many people performing push-ups in a way that makes me fear they will dislocate their joints and mess up their shoulders by the end of their 77 days... We should show our strength after 77 days as a testament of our journey; not our fucked up bodies from doing push-ups like a psychopath.
Although I am not a push-up expert, I think I know what I am doing and can help others out there with less experience.
