The collective Dulcinéia Catadora began its activities in 2007 after two months of collaborative work of Lúcia Rosa, and Peterson Emboava, with members of the collective Eloísa Cartonera during the 27th Bienal de São Paulo. It currently operates within a cooperative of recyclable materials in São Paulo.
Edits books of poetry, and prose, as well as works of contemporary Brazilian artists. The books are made by cardboard collectors and other professionals who participate in the collective. Dulcinea has as its fundamental point sustainability, with a strategy of income generation that consists in selling the books and passing on to the collectors who made them, discounting the production costs.
