Military press
Lateral raises
Dips
Cable push down

I’m trying to focus on intensity now rather than heavy weights, shifting from sub-massimal lifting to a much more controlled movement 😜

Another month of purely weight training, then I’ll put some cardio in, mainly full body circuits or Tabata 🚴

My daily intake is about 3500 kcal, this puts me in a decifit as my daily average consumption is 3700 kcal, I’m not on a restricted diet yet so as you see I ate a Calzone with truffles for dinner (delicious, maybe I’ll post a review of the restaurant on Tasteem) πŸ’ͺ😜

The overall plan is to get ripped at a 8% bodyfat, then I’ll try to stay on that level whole year, I don’t know if I will ever be able to compete again at the moment, there’s too much going on in my life and I can’t focus on a bodybuilding competition right now but you never know πŸ€”
