My daily intake is about 3500 kcal, this puts me in a decifit as my daily average consumption is 3700 kcal, Iβm not on a restricted diet yet so as you see I ate a Calzone with truffles for dinner (delicious, maybe Iβll post a review of the restaurant on Tasteem) πͺπ

The overall plan is to get ripped at a 8% bodyfat, then Iβll try to stay on that level whole year, I donβt know if I will ever be able to compete again at the moment, thereβs too much going on in my life and I canβt focus on a bodybuilding competition right now but you never know π€
