Layer cake with potatoes and herbs

Ingredients
- 400 g puff pastry ;
- 2-3 potatoes;
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- a few sprigs of rosemary;
- a few sprigs of thyme.
Cooking
On a sheet of parchment roll out the dough with a thin rectangular layer. Put the parchment on a baking sheet.
Fold the edges of the dough approximately 1 cm. Press them with a fork, forming a beautiful pattern. Make a few punctures with a fork on the dough so that it does not swell during baking
Peel the potatoes and cut into very thin slices. Put them on the dough, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and half of the chopped herbs - those that are listed in the ingredients, or any other.
Bake at 190 ° C for 35–40 minutes. The cake should be reddened and the potatoes should be soft.
Decorate the dishes with the remaining herbs and serve with sour cream.
