I can't believe that these gentlemen cooks bought a $2,000 worth of buffalo meat and cook it within the confines of mother nature using simple herbs and ingredients that supposedly enhance the taste of the steak.
First he seasoned the meat and seared it in all sides with using a bit of oil and adding some buffalo milk butter and the aromatic herbs then setting it aside.
The he prepared the zucchini by cutting it in serving bite-sized pieces then pan-toasting it in high heat, adding some oil afterwards and some garlic sprouts and some balsamic vinegar He then added a bit of water as it cools off.
Then it is done, your steak is now rested for a while, it is cooked medium rare with a side dish of tasty pan-toasted zucchini. A great idea to cook steak without putting it in an oven, it is just mouth-watering and I hope to do this soon myself.
