In this video I have learned how to make a special fried chicken and a dip for it too. I may as well use other parts of chicken or alter the recipe because I can't seem to know what is that special spice he added after the tomatoes while making the dip for it so I might alter the recipe for my preferential tastes and lack of ingredients
For the chicken, first, mix some curcumin powder with a bit of salt and yogurt or maybe milk with vinegar if there is no yogurt around. This will both tenderize and flavor the meat because of the acidity of the yogurt and the spiciness of the curcumin although chicken doesn't require a lot of tenderizing but it will make the chicken meat more tender and easier to chew.
I might then marinate the chicken maybe for a few hours and then while it is marinating we can now do the dipping sauce for it. On a shallow pan dissolve some half a cup of brown sugar in a very low flame, one red hot chili peppers which is chopped finely and then some cloves. Then add some chopped ripened tomatoes and crush it down as it cooks.
Frying requires a frying pan with an ample amount of heated cooking oil. The chicken pieces before frying is dipped in a salt, flour, ginger powder and baking powder. The baking powder will allow the flour to get air pockets in between the flour while it is cooking and gets crispified under the hot oil.
Its another way of making a special fried chicken and I think it wouldn't hurt to try to make it but certainly not in my case though because everything will definitely hurt in my body, I won't even get pass by the going to kitchen first part of the cooking process. >o<
