Recipe of Pecak Eggplant

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs Eggplant
  • 65 ml coconut milk
  • 4 pcs red Chili
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 cloves of shallots
  • 2 pcs Candlenut
  • 1 Turmeric
  • Lemongrass
  • Galangal
  • Lime leaves
  • Bay leaf
  • Salt
  • Sugar

How to cook pecak eggplant:

  • Wash and clean the eggplant and then burned over the fire stove until cooked.
