Today I volunteered for help with a conference. I like to do volunteer stuff without being paid for it.
When I was younger, I was active in a youth organization that is internationally represented. There, I have initiated and guided many projects. One of my favorite projects was when we, as an organization, collected more than 20,000 books and gave them to children's foster homes. First, we renovated a few rooms and turned them into a library.
I think that education can change a lot and that most people do not get a good education. Without education we are pure monkeys who act only impulsively and instinctively.
I also think that one should give from oneself, voluntarily and not forced, be it money or time. For example, today a friend needed help building a conference. I immediately said yes because I like this person.
I am a convinced capitalist, you should not misunderstand me and I think you have to be paid for performance or risk. Nevertheless, as I said before, I think you should say it but that should not be a duty.
How do you feel about that?

heute habe ich mich freiwillig gemeldet für die Hilfe bei einer Konferenz. Ich mag Freiwillige Sachen zu machen ohne dafür bezahlt zu werden.
Als ich jünger war, war ich bei einer Jugendorganisation die International vertretten ist, aktiv. Da haben ich viele Projekte eingeleitet und gesteuert. Einer meiner Lieblingsprojekte war es wenn wir als Organisation über 20000 Bücher eingesammelt haben und diese an Kinderheime verschenkt haben. Zuerst haben wir da ein paar Räume saniert und als Bibliothek umgewandelt.
Ich bin der Meinung das Bildung vieles ändern kann und das die meisten Leute keine gute Bildung bekommen. Ohne Bildung sind wir reine Affen die nur impulsiv und instiktiv handeln.
Ich bin auch der Meinung dass man auch von sich geben soll, freiwillig und nicht gezwungen, sei es Geld oder Zeit. Heute zum Beispiel hatte ein Freund Hilfe gebraucht bei Aufbau einer Konferenz. Ich habe gleich ein Ja gesagt, weil ich diese Person mag.
Ich bin ein überzeugter Kapitalist, ihr sollt mich nicht falsch verstehen und bin der Meinung das man nach Leistung oder Risiko man bezahlt werden muss. Trotzdem wie schon gesagt, bin ich der Meinung das man auch von sich geben soll aber das sollte nicht eine Pflicht sein.
