I rarely write about politics and my opinion about it.
Today I want to write about politics. Why? Because NATO is celebrating its 70th birthday.
Many ignorant people under NATO only understand the US and its attacks. That's a long way off. NATO is a defense pact no attack alliance. It can happen that there are countries in NATO acting together in one area, but that is not NATO.
Many think that NATO is superfluous. I would like to doubt this. Until an EU army is formed, NATO is the only security against the Wild East. It has been seen that Russia is not afraid of anything and annexes and destabilizes various territories of neighboring countries. Many say that the Crimea, formerly belonged to Russia. Since one can quickly bring the counter-argument that the Crimea has long been a part of Turkey and that the native Tatars are a Turkish people.
Another argument is Königsberg (for the Soviet fans, Kalinigrad) that, as you can see, will never belong to Germany again.
NATO has been bringing peace to its members for 70 years and you can feel that. Yes, the two extremes, left and right, want to dissolve it. Each side has a different argument to it. I would wish both sides a holiday in Venezuela or North Korea, just so they can see what their political views can bring.

ich schreibe eher selten über Politik und meine Meinung dazu.
Heute aber will ich über Politik schreiben. Warum? Weil die NATO feiert den 70 Geburtstag.
Viele Unwissende verstehen unter NATO nur die USA und ihre Angriffe. Das ist weit davon entfernt. Die NATO ist ein Verteidigungspakt keine Angriffsallianz. Es kann passieren dass es Länder die in der NATO sind gemeinsam in einem Gebiet agieren, aber dass ist nicht die NATO.
Viele meinen dass die NATO überflüssig ist. Dazu würde ich gerne wiedersprechen. Bis eine EU Armee gebildet wird , die NATO ist die einzige Sicherheit gegen den Wilden Osten. Man hat gesehen das Russland von nichts scheut und verschiedene Territorien der Nachbarnsländer annektiert und destabiliesiert. Viele sagen dass die Krim, früher Russland gehört hat. Da kann man schon schnell das Gegenargument bringen dass die Krim viel längere Zeit der Türkei gehört hat und das die einheimisschen die Tataren sind, ein türkisches Volk.
Ein anderes Argument ist Königsberg (für die Sovietfans, Klainigrad) dass wie man sieht nie wieder zu Deutschland gehören wird.
Die NATO hat seit 70 Jahre Frieden ihrer Mitglieder gebracht und das spürt man. Ja die beiden Extremen, links und rechts möchten es aufgelöst werden. Jede Seite aber mit einem anderen Argument. Ich würde beiden Seiten einen Urlaub in Venezuela oder Nordkorea wünschen, nur damit die sehen was ihre Politikansehen bringen kann.
