Now that I have left the Steem blockchain forever, I have found myself with a lot of time on my hands. So what am I doing with all this time you ask me? Well, I am getting back to my very expensive hobby :)
This here is one of my vintage cameras and I have booked some time with an old friend of mine living in another city for a portrait session with her. I will be using a macro lens in this session, just to try something different.
It's a bright and sunny day today, the last we will be getting for a while apparently since the rain is moving in tomorrow, so I am going to be using a 200 speed Kodak ColorPlus film for the session. There are 36 exposures in the roll, so one roll should do the trick.
So, today I'll not only be taking full length shots, for which I'd have to be standing a fair bit away from my subject, but also some super close-up shots of eye lashes, pupils, e.t.c.
I'm looking forward to the session later today, even though its about an hour away to get there, and another hour to get back in rush hour. Besides, it's pretty much a great excuse to catch up in person with a friend I haven't seen for over two years!
