Hawker Chan expanded into restaurant business after getting Michelin One Star a f ew years ago. Below his original stall in the Chinatown Food Centre, inside this shop was probably the first restaurant he opened after that. Since then, more restaurants were opened including one I saw at Terminal 21 recently. 😎
