Yesterday, after work, I decided to walk through Chinatown to check out the New Year market though the official New Year market isn't open until 4th January.
昨天下班后，我决定走过牛车水去看看年货市场，尽管真正年货市场要到1月4日才开。

I showed a lady inside the photo of the one I wanted and waited while I took a short video inside.

Then she came back while I was taking photos of these items at the counter.

Paid her $9.80 and I was out of there. If I had come with my lady, there would have been more time spent choosing.
