(D) Ich habe noch nicht herausgefunden, ob die Aufschrift auf dem Gebäude (besonnen und gerecht) in Aarau (Schweiz) nur den Pendlern auf ihrem Arbeitsweg gelten soll. Vielleicht ist es einfach ein Vorschlag des Architekten, wie wir uns in unserer Gesellschaft gegenseitig behandeln sollten.

(ENG) I have not yet found out whether the inscription on the building (prudent and just) in Aarau (Switzerland) is meant to apply only to commuters on their way to work. Maybe it is simply a suggestion by the architect on how we should treat each other in our society.

(ESP) Aún no he averiguado si la inscripción del edificio (prudente y justo) de Aarau (Suiza) se aplica sólo a los viajeros que se dirigen al trabajo. Quizá sea simplemente una sugerencia del arquitecto sobre cómo debemos tratarnos en nuestra sociedad.
