My post today is from a visit to Time Machine Antique Mall located St. Peters, MO where I took my son for the first time.
He isn't a big fan of shopping in general so this was one of those epic, life-defining moments.
(In case anyone is curious, the price of the vintage Royal typewriter was $40 USD)
"Maybe Christmas doesn’t come from a store, maybe Christmas perhaps means a little bit more."
Truer words have never been spoken!
This unique place is similar to an indoor flea market where you kind find antiques, home decore, collectibles, vintage, one-of-a-kind, re-purposed and myriad of other cool items, including vinyls.
Did I forget to mention vintage records?
Each booth or area is rented by a different seller. The contents and themes vary as you stroll throughout the indoor areas so it's fun to see what each space has.
What a stunning find!
This 1940's antique Romanian blown glass pitcher/decanter with three glasses cost only $20 USD.
After our purchases were rung up at the cash register, my son and I stopped by Barnes & Noble before we went home and listened to the new records we bought (while I caught up a minuscule amount on Steemit!)
The best part? My son said he wants to go back to the Time Machine Antique Mall before his college classes resume!
