Inside the Occulus
When I did this post showing the outside of the Occulus World Trade Center transportation hub, and I mentioned I would share some shots of the inside, which I realized this morning I had never got to doing.

The Building itself cost about 4 Billion dollars and was designed by Santiago Calatrava, and look pretty amazing from the outside, but as I hope these shots will show its also pretty cool inside.
This shows the ceiling in one of the main concourses where people pass through from the Path Trains to the Subway or shops in the complex.

This is another shot showing the ceiling but also includes the floor of the concourse, this was taken near Christmas and you can see it is decorated for that theme, you can see a few people walking through it and some small little vendor stalls in this big open area.

And here we are down at ground level on the concourse, those white things on the left are some seats, where you can take a break if your tired of walking around

The seating spots shown more clearly here to me did not look that conmfortable, but when my shoelace came loose and I needed to re tie it I sat down on one of these and it was actually quite comfortable surprisingly more comfortable than I expected.
