In the book “TED Talks: The Official TED Guide to Public Speaking,” convey the core principles of a successful speech, what kind of accomplishment you need, what kind of preparation you need, and how you can improve your presentation and presentation skills by looking and practicing.
But what I am going to share today is not about these methods, but the words that touch me the most in the book:
Don't fall into the trap of speech, and forget what's more important which is to give a speech in your own most authentic way.
It says: To find a way to fit for us, don't worry too much, don't try to be someone else, focus on your mind and your passion ...
Don't be afraid to be a better self.
Yes, we can't be others, we can only be ourselves.

In life, we give ourselves a lot of goals, who we learn from, to be the same person. We continue to imitate, constantly changing, trying to show others the most perfect ourselves.
But is that really who you are?
If you need someone else's approval, without that approval, where would you be?
When we are lost and caught in a trap, we never thought that the cause is we never ask ourselves what we really want.
We keep saying we wanted a good career, good life partner, good future, all these we just make a plan and execute the plan.
When these goals are completed, we become more and more empty, can't help sighing to the sky, what’s the meaning of this.

Some people, become particular successful people in the eyes of others but have been living in anxiety and fear.
Some people, perhaps not that successful in others’ eyes, but they enjoy everyday meal, stitch, a smile and a hug.
It's not that we don't have a goal, it's not that we don't try. It just that this effort that is built upon what you know about yourself and what you want.
Then, try your best to do it.
And what you really love is that you don't have to suffer, but enjoy it, you don't have to whip it.
If you like to speak, even if you are stumbling, not fluent, and language barriers, but because you like it, you are willing to give all the effort to practice a little bit, repeat, until you are good with it.
If you are envious and let this be your goal because of someone else's speech, we will end up being too bitter to insist.
The same thing, it depends on how we treat this matter. Just don’t because of others, lost your true self.
