[CR] The stone Lantern of Cheoneun-sa Temple

Hello dear Steemians,

Today I would like to present you my new Watercolour work, that again was based on beauty of historical heritage of Korean culture.

I could not resist the beauty of Autumn and the composition of such historical place with its old stone lantern. I have seen this unique place on the photograph that @slowwalker included in his post about Cheoneun-sa Temple. There are many beautiful buildings and on background of nice sunny weather and colourful vegetation those buildings with stone lantern were subject for painting.

Landscape is the best reflected in Watercolor, because we do not concentrate on exact copy of the subject but only the features, depending how well you captured the features it will result on your final appearance of painting.

My main “hero” this time was a stone lantern, I like it so much may be because we live in a 200 year old built of sandstone building therefore, I can imagine and appreciate how those Artists did this beauty. Of course I would love to have such stone lantern in front of our house too :)
