If yes, then this recipe is a fresh, sooo fresh mouthwash:
Ingredients:
- 20 g of fresh cardamom seeds.
- Half cup of oxygen peroxide (at 4%) from pharmacy.
- Three and half cups of clean water.
- Five spoons of antiseptic alcohol or strong vodka
Put those ingredients inside a glass container and ready, that’s your mouthwash.
This formula makes a liter with a peroxide concentration of 0.5%, that can make your teeth whiter as you use it.
Hydrogen peroxide is the secret ingredient of whiteners for clothing and teeth.
Also, peroxide is a natural substance produced by many living cells to fight against invasive bacteria, so this wash protect our mouth from streptococcus mutans, the bacteria of caries.
Equally, cardamom not only adds a pleasant and fresh breath, but also it provides antioxidant substances, improves digestive system, detoxify our body, and ....maaaaany other beneficial effects. I’m just talking about a total vegetal treasure.
And the alcohol?
Well, that unknown substance...mmm, Is only the fun part of this post🤪, but it also helps to extract good substances from cardamon and to preserve the stability of the mouthwash.
